Do you offer a warranty on your products?

We offer a 2 year warranty on our products applicable from the date of purchase.

If an item is defected during this period. Geen&Richards will attend to the issue subject to the following:

  • The original invoice is presented to the store.
  • The defect is not as a result of fair wear and tear.
  • The product was used solely for domestic purposes.
  • No unauthorised cleaning or aesthetic items were applied or added on to the product.

What is your policy with regards to returns/exchanges?

We do cater for returns, please refer to our returns policy for further information.
Should you wish to exchange a product you've purchased for another product on our site, there are three regulations:

1. The product you wish to purchase should be of equal value or more than the product which you are returning

2. Should the prices vary between the two products you will be liable to pay the difference in order for the exchange to be processed

3. The product you wish to exchange should meet the requirements of our return policy.

How do i treat leather?

You can purchase our leather cleaning polish. Alternatively, use a soft damp(water only) cloth to wipe the item.

What's the best way to care for my wooden furniture?

Ensure longevity by dusting regularly with a soft cloth, avoiding direct sunlight, and using a gentle wood cleaner. Consider applying a protective finish to enhance durability and maintain the natural charm of your wooden pieces.

Orders, Shipping and Delivery

Do you deliver nationwide? What are your charges and how long is your delivery period?

Yes, we do deliver nationwide. Please contact us for delivery charges to your area whatsapp number and email. Deliveries take between 7-14 working days. There may be unexpected delays, however, we will remain in contact with you throughout the period. Contact us on+27 34 212 1660or send an email to info@geenrichards.com for any further queries.

Does Geen&Richards ship internationally?

Unfortunately we're keeping it local for now, however we hope to ship internationally in the near future. If you're an international customer and would like to purchase from our store feel free to contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has been processed and packed, you will receive an email receipt confirming your order. Following this, we will provide you with another shipping confirmation email (including tracking information). Once the order is handed over to the courier you will receive a final confirmation email upon delivery of your order.

I just placed an order, can I modify or cancel it?

To request a modification or cancellation to your order, please contact us via email at info@geenrichards.com as soon as possible. However, please be aware that a cancelation or modification may not be made if the shipping process for your order has already been initiated. We will try our utmost best to accommodate you, however, once an order is submitted, Geen&Richards is not responsible for ensuring that it can be modified or cancelled prior to shipment.

Can I place an order online and do an in-store pickup?

Yes sure. It would be great to meet you !

General Questions

Do I need an account to make an order?

Nope, it is not necessary to have an account up to make purchases. Our store has a guest checkout facility. Although, why wouldn't you want an account? Signing up gets you access to your order history, our latest promotions and loads more!

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept credit payments using Visa and Mastercard. We do accept EFT's, however your order will only be fulfilled once proof of payment has been received. Please email your proof of payment to info@geenrichards.com

What is the status of my order?
